Return Policy – GTravelKits:

At GTravelKits, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have a clear and customer-friendly return policy in place. 

Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Timeframe:

    • You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it was received.
    • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  3. Initiating a Return/Exchange:

    • Please contact our customer support team at support@gtravelkits.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Clearly state the reason for your return or exchange and provide any relevant details.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  5. Refunds/Exchanges:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Exchanges will be processed promptly once the returned item is received, subject to availability.
